Who is
Andrew McQuade?
Andrew McQuade is more than a leader. He's a down-to-earth visionary, someone who understands the value of hard work, discipline, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and an emphasis on Economics, Andrew didn't follow a conventional path. He founded his first company from scratch, led it to success, and sold it. He then chose to serve his community as a full-time firefighter, proving that his leadership stems from commitment, not ego.
In 2011, he decided to return to the business world with a clear mission: to build something big, with purpose and heart. That's how he ended up at American Income Life. For more than 10 years, he worked on both sides of the organization—both in the agency and corporate spheres—which allowed him to deeply understand every corner of the business and develop a solid vision for the future.
With that experience, determination, and vision, Andrew opened the doors of his own organization with a firm dream: to expand the opportunity throughout California and develop a generation of leaders prepared to change their lives and the lives of thousands of families.
Today, Andrew McQuade not only leads one of the fastest-growing organizations within AIL, but also inspires, guides, and empowers those with the will to grow, serve, and succeed.
